OUR PROCESS
1. Chat on Zoom
We start every new client interaction with a casual chat over Zoom. This allows us to get to know you, ask you some targeted questions about your garden and your priorities to make some upgrades. This is a great way to get any of your questions and concerns addressed before you invest. This call is completely free of charge, and usually lasts about 20 minutes.
2. Landscape Assessment
A one-hour walk-through of your garden with a professional landscape designer, who will evaluate your sun exposure, drainage and existing plants in each area of your garden.
3. Project Planning
We’ll create a custom-designed plan of action to give you juicy design options and provide you with work details, materials and labor costs to install your favorite design.
4. On-Boarding
Once you have decided to move forward with your landscaping installation, we’ll send you a contract to sign electronically. You’ll receive an invoice for your 50% deposit. Once you’ve signed your contract and submitted your deposit, we’ll reserve your work dates and order all of your plants and materials. We also ask that you call 811 and have your utilities marked at this time.
5. Installation
We pride ourselves in finishing projects on-time and on-budget. The only exception is inclement weather, in which case your project will be rescheduled for the very next date in our project cue.
Your materials and plants will be delivered 24-48 hours before your scheduled project date. These will be staged so that everything is out of your way and your plants are protected from wind and harsh temperatures.
On the day of your project, we’ll need to have access to power and water outlets on the exterior of your home. You do not need to be home while we are performing the installation, however we do prefer for you to be available at the end of the work day to perform a final walk-through with your project manager. This gives us the opportunity to make sure you are fully satisfied with our services and end product.
Once the work has been completed, and you’ve signed off on your final walk-through with a project manager, then you’ll receive an invoice for the remaining 50% of the project cost. This invoice is due upon receipt.
6. Feedback
You’ll be invited to leave us a review of your experience working with our team. Your feedback is very important to us! Honest reviews allow us to continually improve our services and they’re a great resource for other homeowners who need landscaping assistance. Neighbors like to hear from neighbors!
